폐백(幣帛)은 한국 고유 풍습으로 며느리의 절을 받은 시부모는 자식을 많이 낳으라는 뜻으로 대추(아들)와 밤(딸)을 던져준다.

Pyebaek (幣帛) is a Korean traditional wedding ceremony.  Parents-in-law who receive a bow from their daughter-in-law throw jujubes (sons) and chestnuts (daughters) to encourage them to have many children.

육포는 시어머님이 새로 들어온 며느리가 허물이 있더라도 잘 이해하고 덮어달라는 의미입니다.

대추 고임은 폐백상에서 시아버지 앞에 놓는 음식이다. 대추는 열매가 많은 과실로 '다산'과 '풍요'를 상징한다. 폐백상에서 가장 으뜸이 되는 음식으로 폐백상에 오른 어떤 음식보다 높게 쌓는 것이 중요하다.

Jujube goim is a food served in front of the father-in-law at the pyebaeksang. Jujube is a fruit with many fruits and symbolizes ‘fertility’ and ‘abundance’. It is the most important food in the pyebaeksang, and it is higher high than any other food on the pyebaeksang.

폐백용 한복은 외부 대여는 불가능하며 스튜디오 촬영에 한해서 남,여 셋트로 $150 추가로 대여 해드립니다. (가채, 헤어 장신구 포함)

Hanbok for the pyebaek ceremony cannot be rented externally. It can only be rented for studio photoshoots as a set for both men and women at an additional cost of $150. (Includes hair extension and hair accessories for women, hat for men)
